LONDON / PROPERTY REFURBISHMENT

The whole picture. One team.

Coordinated property refurbishment for London homes, bringing building works and finishing trades into a clear programme.

A CLEAR SCOPE, FROM THE START

Thought through.
Properly coordinated.

A wider refurbishment works best when each trade understands what comes next. We bring the agreed works into one scope and programme, with a point of contact to discuss progress, decisions and changes.

For work involving structural alterations, we coordinate with the project’s appointed designers and engineers as required. Necessary approvals and responsibilities should be agreed before the work starts.

PLANNING YOUR PROJECT

Questions you may be asking.

Practical answers to help you plan the work and decide what to do next.

Do I need to renovate the whole property at once?

No. You can discuss one room, several rooms or a wider refurbishment with us. We’ll help you think through a sensible order of work, especially where plumbing, electrics or flooring connect more than one area.

Can I stay in the property while you work?

That depends on the rooms involved and how long essential facilities will be unavailable. Tell us who will be living there and any access needs. We’ll discuss disruption and working areas before you decide on the arrangements.

Will I have to organise every trade myself?

We coordinate the trades included in our agreed scope. You’ll have a point of contact to discuss the work and any decisions needed. The quotation will also explain any items or separate appointments that remain your responsibility.

How do we keep the work within my budget?

Share your priorities and budget at the start. We’ll discuss the scope and provide a written quotation so you can see what is included. If you request a change or an unforeseen issue needs extra work, we’ll explain the cost before it goes ahead.

My flat has building management rules. Can you work around them?

Please send us the rules for working hours, access, deliveries and waste removal before we quote. We can then consider these restrictions when planning the job and identify any permissions or arrangements you need to make with the building manager.
