How we work.
C&S Contractors is the trading name of Classic & Smart Contractors Limited, a company incorporated in 2024. We carry out kitchen installations, bathroom renovations and property improvements across Greater London, bringing the trades needed for the agreed project together.
Our work ranges from individual rooms to improvements across a wider property. A kitchen can involve more than cabinets and worktops; a bathroom can need changes to drainage, lighting and the layout itself. We look at those connections with you so the quotation reflects the work your property needs.
We start by listening to what you want to achieve and understanding the existing space. Plans, photographs and a site visit where needed help us discuss practical options, the scope of work and any constraints before a start date is agreed.

You can ask us for our current insurance documentation before work starts. Where a project needs specialist plumbing, gas or electrical work, we discuss the requirements and the appointed trades for that scope.
Costs, changes and decisions
Your quotation sets out the agreed work. Tell us about changes you are considering so we can discuss the cost and timing before additional work begins.
In older properties, some issues only become visible when work is opened up. We explain what has been found and agree the next step with you.

In King’s Cross, the kitchen installation needed additional specialist plumbing and electrical work because of the age of the existing services. In North Finchley, we adapted the original bathroom plans to create a walk-in shower, with a new rear stud wall, a window shutter, electric underfloor heating and revised plumbing positions.
