Upgrading Finishes and Functionality in Kensal Rise

This project involved the refurbishment of a residential flat in West London, focusing on refreshing the interior while improving functionality and overall finish. The brief was to deliver a clean, modern upgrade suitable for everyday living and long-term durability.

The works included the installation of new laminate flooring throughout, creating a consistent and practical finish across the living spaces. Timber wall panelling was introduced to add depth and character, complementing the neutral colour palette used throughout the property.

Painting and decorating works were carried out across the flat to brighten the interiors and create a cohesive, well-finished look. Electrical and plumbing works were also completed, supporting both the new layout and updated fittings while ensuring everything operated efficiently and in line with current standards.

The completed refurbishment delivers a refreshed, modern interior with improved usability, demonstrating how targeted upgrades can significantly enhance the quality and feel of a residential flat.
